In the midst of the economic doom and gloom it is cheering to find a family run business with a reason to celebrate.

The Organic Pantry is 10 yrs old this month and are offering new customers 15percent off first orders during July. The formation of The Organic Pantry in 1999 by Jonnie and Fanny Watson was a result of the farming business, as they knew it, changing   Faced with an uncertain future for their farm which the Watson’s had worked for 5 generations serious action was needed.

The first step was the foundation of The Organic Pantry retail business, followed by the lengthy process of organically converting the Farm.
The Organic Pantry was one of the few fledgling businesses around UK to provide home deliveries of Organic Fruit and Vegetable boxes.  They started in a small Caravan to where they are now - A well established, purpose built organic farm growing over 50 different varieties of vegetable and salads supplying Retailers & Wholesalers as well as delivering throughout the North of England.

Customers really feel like they are part of an extended family with regular e-mail bulletins, regular appearances at the farmers markets around the county, and of course a very personal and flexible approach to business.  The uniqueness of The Organic Pantry is “They know it, cos they grow it”.
