Join this workshop, designed for our hospitality members, where Stephanie Moon, Chef Consultant and deliciouslyorkshire champion, will share her expertise and extensive knowledge. Use this workshop to promote Yorkshire food on your menu, get the most out of your suppliers and become familiar with effective costing and marketing techniques.
