RFG backs Yorkshire Pudding campaign

MOLE (Managed Online Learning Environment) is an internet-based learning platform to help staff train-on-the-job and receive formal qualifications. Bespoke modules, in areas such as food hygiene and health & safety, can be designed to meet the requirements of different companies.

Martin previously worked for five years at North Yorkshire County Council, helping young children with sensory impairment to access the curriculum using technology. In addition, Martin brings experience of working in the engineering department at Guinness; the purchasing team at Kraft and running a guest house in Scotland to the role.

Martin has already started to work with several companies to implement MOLE, including Wentbridge House Hotel. The prestigious four star hotel has set up MOLE as an intranet, proving staff with training, from how to set a table to answering questions from guests.

Other MOLE clients include Allied Bakeries, Herbs Unlimited, Pennine Foods and egg producer and supplier Chippindale Foods.
