Sow it, harvest it, cook it at the Harrogate Autumn Flower Show

This year’s Harrogate Autumn Flower Show is providing visitors with bucket loads of advice to help everyone achieve great results in the garden.

Whether you are after information on bulbs, preparing for winter or what to do with your harvest, there is a team of experts on hand at the show.

The Garden Roadshow will be running throughout the show with regular talks and advice sessions on seasonal planting and garden care.

There will be a panel of experts at the Gardening Advice Bureau, including Graham Porter, gardening writer and broadcaster and Derek Guthrie and Steve Pattison, gardening experts from Alnwick Garden. Visitors can chat about everything gardening and put their questions to the panel.

Back by popular demand, Kitchen Garden Live will bring all the down to earth advice and information needed to grow your own fruit, vegetables and herbs. The team of experts, including Kitchen Garden editor Steve Ott and his assistant Emma Rawlings, have a wealth of gardening experience and can steer you in the right direction, regardless of whether you want to grow a few salads in a window box, or plant an allotment.

Within the Foods Marquee visit the Fodder Cookery Theatre where professional chefs will be demonstrating what you can do with your harvest and cooking tempting recipes with local produce.
