Bleiker’s Smoked Orange Salmon, Oriental Cress and Simple Lemon and Dill Dressing

Enjoy on a hot summer’s day outside with a chilled glass of wine – lovely.

Serves: 2 | Difficulty: Easy

Method

  1. Place the salmon on the plate with the cress to one side.
  2. Mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, zest and dill.
  3. Drizzle the mixture around the salmon, and serve.

  • 2 × 150g piece of Bleiker’s Smokehouse orange roast salmon
  • 2 punnets of oriental cress, cut and washed
  • 2 dessert spoons of mayonnaise
  • Zest and juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 sprig of dill, chopped
