
Bleiker’s Smoked Orange Salmon, Oriental Cress and Simple Lemon and Dill Dressing
Enjoy on a hot summer’s day outside with a chilled glass of wine – lovely.
Serves: 2 | Difficulty: Easy
Method
- Place the salmon on the plate with the cress to one side.
- Mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, zest and dill.
- Drizzle the mixture around the salmon, and serve.
Ingredients
- 2 × 150g piece of Bleiker’s Smokehouse orange roast salmon
- 2 punnets of oriental cress, cut and washed
- 2 dessert spoons of mayonnaise
- Zest and juice of 1 lemon
- 1 sprig of dill, chopped
